On the way to my Best Self

​This yoga and meditation stuff really goes to your head. And your heart. And your gut. And every part of your body and organs. And your circulatory system. And your nervous system! It is the reason I am so passionate about sharing this technology —specifically kundalini yoga— with anyone who seeks to uplift their lives.

This practice wants you to act, to serve, to be your next BEST self. It helps you to KNOW that you want this too.

So when that realization hit for me, I went ahead and became my best self. Yes, it's that easy. You can just realize this and decide to be your next best self .

It’s called shifting your thoughts, and it makes a vibrational impact on your psyche. Decide you will be a better version of yourself.  Right. Now.

Your shifts will likely give way to your old habits and it will feel disappointing. Here’s the key:  Commit to it. And also decide to commit to a regular practice that keeps you fueled. Kundalini yoga is like driving with premium gas in your car as well as having the upgraded model, personally designed with YOU in mind. This is the vehicle for your Soul, suited to who you truly are. Feed it well. .

With commitment to, and compassion for, yourself by carving out time for your DAILY practice and showing up even when you feel like the world is conspiring against you, you will find that harnessing the ups and downs gets you closer to the day when you will feel authentically in your better Self .  

Decide. Commit. Live your truth.  Sat nam.

Yes, commitment is everything. It is so important that we feed ourselves daily. We need this nourishment so we can be of service to others.
